Stepney City Farm in London’s East End is a working farm, Rural Arts Centre and community meeting place. We give children and adults a chance to meet farm animals, learn how to grow food and try out arts and crafts. Find out more.

  • Weekly farmers market selling fresh local produce. 10am-3pm

  • Young open volunteers 1-4pm Anyone welcome
  • Cooked Stepney Breakfast in the cafe. From 10am
  • Dunstan and George the donkeys visiting St Dunstans church for Palm Sunday

  • Knitting group! 11am-2pm in the cafe. Come and join professional textile artists for some knitting and knattering! Everyone welcome, whatever your level.

Friday 18th April

  • Frog Prince, singing session for kids 11-12 noon
  • Open Volunteers 1pm-4pm Anyone welcome

Easter Sunday Egg Hunt and Family Fun Day: Sunday 20th April
11-3pm, Free

Our annual treasure hunt for families – find clues around the farm and and solve them for your chance to win a prize. Our Rural Artists in residence will also be hosting a crafty session, making special easter toys: Chick-in-Eggs for you to make and play with. Meet our baby animals and welcome in the spring chickens.
