Easter at the Farm

March 24, 2018 by Tor Park

Join Jala on Sunday 25th March to make your own one of these!

Stepney City Farm has a host of activities to look forward to this Easter. Celebrations kick off at 10am on the 25th March with a Palm Sunday parade and continue into the afternoon with craft activities courtesy of Family Farm Club (1-3:30pm).

The farm is also looking forward to hosting external organisations, with Liberty Church‘s Easter Family Fun Day taking place on the 31st March. On the 5th April (11-12pm) it will welcome Einstein’s Entertainers, who perform science experiments with a farm-themed twist.

For visitors looking for some stress relief there’s family-friendly yoga on the 7th April (11-12pm). As the name suggests, parents can practice yoga alongside their children (suitable for toddler aged and upwards) on the first Saturday of every month at the Farm.

Riverside Cares will be hosting Easter celebrations at the farm on the 12th April. Children will be able to enjoy a range of activities, from crafts to spinning & knitting demonstrations.

Visitors won’t go hungry whilst visiting the farm. The Big Field Café Takeover, 28th March-8th April, is a great opportunity to indulge in some local farm produce. You can also enjoy a beer or two on the 29th March (6-9pm) at our Craft beer club, which takes place on the last Thursday of every month.

Most of our events are free but for details of prices and further information take a look at our What’s On page
