It’s that time of year when we reap the rewards from our year of animal rearing – don’t miss out on some truly delicious local meat!
This year we are selling meat boxes of the smaller, mostly prime, cuts from the Berkshire pigs, Jacob-cross lambs and Toggenburg goats. The larger roasting joints will be sold separately. We have (hopefully) slightly underestimated how many boxes we have to sell, so there may also be some smaller cuts for sale separately too.
A big thank you to the Ginger Pig for doing our butchery for free with some of our volunteers.
