Corporate Volunteering

Our corporate volunteering days get people out of the office for fun and meaningful activities to develop team work, problem-solving and communication skills.

Physical tasks encourage motivation, boost staff morale and give a huge sense of achievement. Participants also get to burn calories, enhance wellbeing and know they’re contributing to an important community resource.

‘Thoroughly enjoyable day despite the weather, can’t wait to come back with my kids during the holidays’

Join our many partner organisations who provide people and funds to allow us to keep the Farm doors open for free for the local community. These are a few examples of what has been done on some of our corporate volunteering days…

Our unique team-building days suit organisations of all sizes to help deliver your corporate social responsibility needs. We focus on urgent, seasonal tasks and projects.

“Enough guidance to be able to do something useful. Enough freedom to make it interesting. Very well organised, thank you!”

“Working in a team to complete the task set was great fun. Fantastic day, great city farm and loved getting out of the office!”

Because we appreciate the time and enthusiasm that your staff and colleagues bring, we keep our costs down to the minimum necessary for vital staff supervision, administration and overheads, health and safety requirements and any materials needed for the project you choose.

We are currently trying to improve the accessibility of the farm to wheelchairs and pushchairs and expand our composting so we can process all of the food waste from our cafe and farm shop. If you would like to contribute to either of these, please contact or donate using the button below.
