Do something good for yourself AND support the Farm at the same time! The Farm needs donations even more than ever at this time, and your support is hugely appreciated.

Come along to our community yoga class on a Thursday 6pm – 7pm, where every penny you give to attend the class goes directly to support Stepney City Farm.

It’s £5 per person per session, but if you would like to give more/less than £5 please email tor@stepneycityfarm.org

Everyone is welcome – whether you practice regularly or are just starting out as a beginner. Options will be given so that you tailor your practice to suit you, each and every week. Even if you think you may not be able to do yoga for some reason, get in touch with Tor who will be happy to help with your specific concerns. The Farm is wheelchair accessible, as is the practice.

Yoga Alliance Professionals Experienced Yoga Teacher

“I first started doing Hatha yoga over 25 years ago when a friend wanted to try it out and asked me to go with her. I’ve been practicing yoga regularly since then and my love for it just keeps growing. Over the years I’ve tried (and trained in) many different styles of yoga, but I have a particular love of the fluid movement with breath of Vinyasa Flow.

Tor Park, yoga teacher, in crow pose (bakasana)For several years I did yoga because it was the only form of exercise I really enjoyed. I had a bit of a light-bulb moment to the other benefits when someone at work asked how I always managed to be calm when everyone else is stressing out. After years of being in love with the practice of yoga asana, I left my City job and decided to train to be a Yoga Teacher to share my passion and the feeling of the transformational benefits of yoga.

My focus now is on balancing the body and mind, using a mixture of fluid and powerful flow, with options for your practice to be as gentle or as challenging as you would like to make it.”
