April 2020 update
In light of everyone being at home, and the Farm being closed, due to Covid-19, Yoga at the Farm will be moving online for the time being. Live yoga sessions will be held every Thursday at 6pm via Zoom (with thanks to Cynozure for supporting us in this).
The Farm needs donations even more than ever at this time, and your support is hugely appreciated.
If you would like to join, please book in our online shop.
To set up your home practice space, please make sure have:
at least 2ft around your mat
space free of obstructions, with no sharp or breakable objects in your safe space
level, slip free ground
Do something good for yourself AND support the Farm at the same time!
Come along to our community yoga class on a Thursday 6pm – 7pm, where every penny you give (minimum donation £5) to attend the class goes directly to Stepney City Farm.
Everyone is welcome – whether you practice regularly or are just starting out as a beginner. Options will be given so that you tailor your practice to suit you.

Who will be teaching?
Yoga practice will be led by Tor Park, who will be teaching Vinyasa Flow yoga.
Tor is a 500-Hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher, with additional advanced training in Mandala Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, meditation & mindfulness, assisting, anatomy and supporting injured students.
“I first started doing Hatha yoga in the late 90s when a friend wanted to try it out and asked me to go with her. I’ve been practicing yoga regularly since then and my love for it just keeps growing. Over the years I’ve tried many different styles (Restorative, Yin, Rocket, Ashtanga, Power…), but I have a particular love of the fluid movement with breath of Vinyasa Flow.
For several years I did yoga because it was the only form of exercise I really enjoyed. I had a bit of a light-bulb moment to the other benefits when someone at work asked how I always managed to be calm when everyone else is stressing out. After years of being in love with the practice of yoga asana, I left my City job and decided to train to be a Yoga Teacher to share my passion and the feeling of the transformational benefits of yoga.
My focus now is on balancing the body and mind, using a mixture of fluid and powerful flow, with options for your practice to be as gentle or as challenging as you would like to make it.”
